Special Cases Of Fundamental Rights:

Article 15, 16, 19, 29, 30 are Fundamental Rights available only to citizens of India.

Article 17, 18 are absolute Fundamental Rights.

Article 21 is the most liberally interpreted Fundamental Rights.

Article 19 is automatically suspended during National Emergency.

Article 21 and 22 are the only F.R. which can not be suspended by Presidential order during National Emergency.

Article 32 is the heart and soul of the constitution.
