*Judge of Supreme Court : Retirement age is 65 years and his tenure of service has not been fixed by the Constitution.
*Judge of High Court : Retirement age is 62 years and his tenure tenure of service has not been fixed by the Constitution.
*CEC and EC : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 6 years whichever is earlier.
*CAG : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 6 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Member of UPSC : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 6 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Member of SPSC : Retirement age is 62 years and term of service is 6 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Member of JSPSC : Retirement age is 62 years and term of service is 6 years whichever is earlier.
*CIC and ICs : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 5 years whichever is earlier.
*SCIC and SICs : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 5 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Vice Chairman of CAT : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 5 years whichever is earlier.
*Members of CAT : Retirement age is 62 years and term of service is 5 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Member of NHRC : Retirement age is 70 years and term of service is 5 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Member of SHRC : Retirement age is 70 years and term of service is 5 years whichever is earlier.
*Chairman and Member of CVC : Retirement age is 65 years and term of service is 4 years whichever is earlier.
*AGI : His tenure and service is not fixed by the Constitution, He holds the office during the pleasure of the President.
*Chairman, Vice Chairman and Members of National Commission for SCs : Their term of office is 3 years.
*Chairman, Vice Chairman and Members of National Commission for STs : Their term of office is 3 years.
