Persons not eligible for further employment under GOI after the Completion of their term.

Persons not eligible for further employment under the central or a state govt. after the Completion of their tenure are:

*Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) - Chairman and Members

*National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) - Chairman and Members

*States Human Rights Commission (SHRC) - Chairman and Members

*Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) - Chairman and Members

*Comptroller and Auditor General of India

Members of the above commission can be appointed as a chairman of the respective commission (if not crossed the retirement age) but not for any other govt. services.
