Council of Ministers
Council of Ministers:
-The maximum sanctioned strength of Council of Minister is 15% of the total Strength of the lower house.
-A minister including PM can be from either Lok sabha or Rajya Sabha.
Removal:-
-The Ministers holds office during the pleasure of the President
-PM remains in office till he enjoys the confidence of the majority in Lok Sabha
