Composition of Inter State Council

Composition of Inter State Council:

(I) Prime Minister - Chairman

(II) Chief Ministers of all States - Member

(III) Chief Ministers of UTs having a Legislative Assembly and Administrators of UTs not having a Legislative Assembly - Member

(IV) Six Ministers of Cabinet rank in the Union Council of Ministers to be nominated by the Prime Minister - Member

(V) In case of President rule in a state, Governor of a State to attend the meeting of the Council - Member
