Babur(1526-1530)

Babur(1526-1530):

-Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur was a descendant of Timur (father's side) & of Chengiz Khan on his (mother's side)

-His ancestral kingdom was of Farghana from his father, Umar Shaikh Mirza.

He defeated:

--Ibrahim Lodi in Battle of Panipat in 1526.
--Rana Sanga in Battle of Khanwa in 1527.
--Medini Rai in Battle of Chanderi in 1528.
--Mahmud Lodi in Battle of Ghagra in 1529.

-He wrote his autobiography called 'Tuzuk-i-Baburi' or Baburnama in turkish language which was translated into Persian by Abdur Rahim Khan-i-Khana, son of Akbar.

-Babur died at Agra, and was buried in Arambagh, but was later shifted to Kabul.
